In 2010, Dr. Michael Rothwell (the “Well” in Well-Key) and Dr. Robin Huskey (the “Key” in Well-Key) opened their first clinic in Sevierville. While practicing medicine and surgery in Sevierville, the two decided there was a need for enhanced patient access to affordable, quality immediate care with extended hours. Something easier and less expensive than the local emergency rooms. Enter “Smoky Mountain Urgent Care,” the first certified level 1 urgent care center in the region.
As the clinics grew beyond the confines of the Smoky Mountains, the name evolved into Well-Key Urgent Care. With costs a fraction of those charged in an emergency room, Well-Key provides a cost-effective alternative for patients in our region. Over the years, the practice has grown, and is proud to serve the communities of Sevierville, Knoxville, and Maryville with the finest urgent care service in the region.
